Constructive Contention: In this two-day course, you will learn to harness the energy of contention to increase personal and organizational creativity, productivity and renewal. By learning these critical skills, you will become comfortable, effective and empowered in contentious situations – on the job and in life. You will also gain a greater awareness of your personal style in conflict, and greater tolerance for other personal styles and diverse viewpoints. During this course, you will create action plans to address barriers to personal and organizational effectiveness.
