Shaw Academy for Leadership Training offers an in-depth training experience
for store owners and top level store managers. The goal
of the program is to focus on true leadership – developing skills
that will help you and your people succeed. S.A.L.T. is unique because
it focuses on self-evaluation and growth. Many managers and owners today
simply grew into their current role, but they have never had the opportunity
to get in depth training on how to lead and succeed in this industry.
The 3-day experience will allow you to grow personally and professionally.
The training will take place in North Georgia, the hub of the floor
covering industry. It will include DISC profiling, 360 feedback, experiential
training techniques, simulations and business evaluation.
7 Habits of
Highly Effective People: This course visits seven basic principles
that can be used every day to enrich our lives and make the most of
the challenges we are given. Participants will be invited to examine
their effectiveness in both personal and professional areas. This course
is based on the principles taught in The "7 Habits of Highly Effective
People" – the national best seller by Dr. Stephen R. Covey.
